Yes! We have a storefront where you can purchase meals a la carte. They are available on a first come, first served basis. Please look at our Monthly Meal Plan on our homepage in order to know what meals are available. We are located at 3102 S 25th E, Ammon, ID 83401. We are looking forward to seeing you!
Our weekly cutoff is Wednesday at 11:59pm. This is so that we can order the freshest ingredients and prepare your order correctly! If you order after Wednesday, then you will choose a delivery date up to 2 weeks out.
Your order will be ready on your selected pickup/delivery date. If you are picking up your meals, you can come anytime between 11AM-7PM and we will have your meals ready for you. If you are having your meals delivered, we will deliver them between 2PM and 7PM on your selected delivery date.
Our meals are made with locally sourced fresh ingredients. Our meals are prepared less than 24 hours before you pick them up, so we are proud to say that they do not have preservatives in order to keep them fresh. We use whole foods here!
Due to the volume of food that we produce, we cannot cater to specific requests. We do have all of the allergen information listed for each meal, and you are able to choose which meals you receive. We are also very aware of allergens, so we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee it. If you have a dislike or are unsure if a meal has certain ingredients, please contact us and we would be happy to send you the ingredients list.
Nope! Feel free to start at any time. Our cutoff for the following week is Wednesday at 11:59PM, but if you miss the cutoff, please still place your order! You can always come into the store to get some meals to get you through until your first order is ready.
Absolutely not! Our subscriptions are on a week-by-week basis. Our website makes it super easy to change your meals, pause your account, change your delivery date, and cancel your subscription. You can see how to do all of this in our how-to video section!
When you make an order online, you create a subscription that will renew every 7 days. If you do not want meals weekly, you are always welcome to come into our store and purchase meals a la carte. These are available on a first come, first served basis, so if you are wanting a specific number of meals each week, we recommend subscribing. 🙂
Click on the Get Prepp’d button! You will choose if you want balanced, low carb, or fit line meals. Next, choose the amount of meals you would like each week. Then all you have to do is decide which delicious options you will enjoy. Go through the checkout, and then we will get to work!
All of our meals are stamped with an expiration date, which is about 6 days from the day they were made.
Nope! We believe in serving fresh, whole foods. Frozen foods are packed with sodium and preservatives, and we aren’t about that life.
It’s so easy! Take off the lid, remove any cups or bags, and then microwave for 90-120 seconds. Let cool for 2 minutes, and then enjoy!
We have several add ons that make a great breakfast, snack, or dessert! You can add as many as you would like!
You have 24 hours after your order has been processed to cancel your order. After that time has passed, we cannot issue a refund. If you selected the pickup option and failed to pick your meals up, no refund will be made.
We have a rotating menu of over 35 options. We offer 5 options each week in order to have a great variety of choices. Our local kitchen cooks everything from scratch, so by having 5 featured options we are able to develop deeper flavors and choices. You can see our Monthly Meal Plan on our homepage.
