Your order will be ready on your selected pickup/delivery day. (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, or Saturday.) You will receive a confirmation email, with your first pickup/delivery date listed on the order. It can be up to 7 days after you place your order. In order to ensure freshness and quality, our meals are never frozen. We deliver your meals in an insulated delivery box to keep the meals refrigerated for up to 6 hours. Therefore, you do not need to be present when we deliver, but need to be home within 6 hours to transfer the meals to the fridge. You will be notified when your meals are delivered to your selected method of contact.
Upon receiving your Prepp’d meals, please refrigerate them as soon as possible. We recommend that you eat them fresh, but you can freeze if desired. If you do decide to freeze them, please allow up to 48 hours to defrost. We cannot guarantee quality and freshness if meals are frozen.
Each meal is one serving. Please see “Our Menu” in order to see the macronutrient count for each meal.
Cancellations/Holds need to be made at least 7 days in advance of when you want to stop receiving your meals. All Prepp’d meals are made using local, fresh produce and proteins. To ensure we can produce the exact amount of required meals with the least possible waste, we plan our menu a week out. This ensures that when the order is closed we can produce only what is needed. Additionally, we do not offer refunds or returns after the meals have been prepared. If you have selected the pickup option and you fail to pick your meals up, there will be no refunds made.
Prepp’d is a reoccurring week-to-week service with no contracts or long term commitments beyond your first order. Billing occurs automatically each week until you request to skip a week, or cancel.
